TENDERS INVOLVED: Taipei Circle Line 2, Kolkata RVNL Line 3, Line 6, NSRP Philippines, Ontario Tender JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Instrumental in the preparation of interface drawings, installation drawings, installation reports, subcontractor Scope of work, installation to T&C handover reports, installation action plan, 4M and audits. Support the Construction manager for Installation BOQ/Installation product breakdown structure (PBS) and providing input for the procurement process. Also, responsible to write Subcontractor scope of work definition and interface with sourcing/tender team to finalize the Subcontractor for the projects. Interface with customer and internal team /Design for the installation activities as per the project planning. Organizes and leads daily and weekly installation meetings with his supervisors and subcontractors. Prepares regular status, progress reports and minutes of meeting for the Project Manager and the sourcing Manager, with the support of the PMO team. Provides technical guidance for all installation activities done by the subcontractors. Instrumental in the preparation of work method statements for all signaling installation activities. Responsible for the general arrangements design for signals, point machines, axle counters, DCS equipment?s, cables frame, relay frame and beacons. Very good in producing manufacturing drawings for the signaling equipment?s. Involved in FAT procedures for the signaling installation equipment?s. Responsible for the preparation of room layouts for main stations, secondary stations, other secondary stations, depot control room (DCC), operational control centers (OCC). Preparation of signaling construction and installation plan, signaling track interface document, and signaling traction interface documents. Responsible for submission of documents and drawings to customer using Alstom engineering tool (AEC) for internal revision and responsible to address the customer comments. Interface drawings review and report to interface manager to get the accurate data (CSD, Architecture Drawings and ELARD) to prepare our signaling related drawings. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (BIDS): Core team member for the competency building for Revamping tenders. Responsible to Capture all the requirements from RFP related to Installation Engineering and provide compliance for further reference. Responsible in preparation of Installation BOQ/Installation product breakdown structure (PBS) and providing input for the Sourcing team for cost estimation. Responsible to write Subcontractor scope of work definition and interface with sourcing/tender team to estimate the costing for the Subcontractor for the tender. Responsible to produce the unit Labor workload estimation for the Installation activities for Tenders. Responsible to provide Work Package Commitment in Man months and Manhours for Installation Engineers, Site Supervisors, and Installation Works Leader based on the planning for Tenders. Responsible to organize and finalize the Installation Sub Contractor strategy with Sourcing and Bid team for Tenders. Responsible to write the Site survey plan, Site survey Checklist, and Sub contractor scope of Work for the Revamping tenders.
