Railfactor offer an interactive platform for B2B product and services sales.

Railfactor is a mediator platform between buyer and seller and are not directly responsible for the sale.

Prospective Seller can list their products and services with offer price /quantity + Tax,Product code and datasheet if any (excluding shipment cost which will be based on the buyers location and preference for individual offer ).

Buyer make an enquiry with his requirement to receive an offer

Seller shall make the offer based on an enquiry from a prospective customer, identifying the requirement ,quantity ,place of shipment ,GST,& Incoterms.

Buyer review the offer and request for customisation or can accept the offer straight away.

If accepted ,platform will direct the buyer to payment gateway and payment will be made.

Payment will be held with the admin of the platform until successful reception of the shipment.

Seller shall include the tracking number after shipment for buyer to track and monitor the status of shipment.

Once the buyer receive the shipment intact and satisfactorily ,admin release the amount to seller reducing set % commission.

If any issue on quality ,seller shall afford the cost for shipment back to him/her and dispute shall be settled out of platform.

After sale service and warranty shall be mentioned in the offer and performed separate
Seller shall ensure his Incoterms discussed with the buyer and duly agreed and mentioned in the offer.

If the offer is not acceptable for the buyer he/she has an option to request for modification of the offer or reject the offer ,there by RailFactor offering an interactive business model.

It’s the responsibility of seller to ensure the quality of the product and packing along with highest integrity.

Seller shall avail reputed shipment provider and include the shipping cost separate in the offer(with Incoterms ) for the buyers review and acceptance of the offer.

Buyer

Railfactor is a mediator platform between buyer and seller and are not directly responsible for the sale but ensure buyer receive the product satisfactorily else receive a refund from the platform admin.

Buyer can browse through the products listed and make offer request with quantity ,place of shipment to the seller.

Seller review the request and confirm the order with an offer ,including price ,shipment cost, Tax and Incoterms for your selected products.

Buyer can either accept the offer or request a modification or reject the offer.

Once the offer is accepted ,you will be lead to the payment gateway for payment.

Buyer shall ensure to discuss incoterms and clarify any query.

Payment will be held with the admin and release to the seller within 3 business days of material reception.

If any concern on reception buyer shall inform the admin to hold the payment until settled.

Once material received intact and match with the offer shall update the status of acceptance for admin to release the payment

Seller shall afford reshipment cost in case of any damage to the product.

If offer received require modification ,buyer can make request for revise .Buyer can ask new offer for additional quantity ,price negotiation or any further clarification ,there by get an interactive section.

If buyer reject the offer received it ends the process and new enquiry shall be made should the need arise.
