Duties: - Build technical department - Make ToT (Transfer of Technology) plan, ensure the process smoothly - Make localization scheme and solution - R&D - Bid submission preparation - Contract negotiation, DLM and design solution decision - Engineering Management, etc. Achievement: Established technical department from scratch, now the whole scale reaches to 7 subdivisions (System Engineering, Hardware, ATS, CBI, ATC, Lab and DCS) and up to 120 staff in total. Under my leadership, BNS won 9 projects with highest technical score in the past years: Changzhou Line 1 and Line 2, Wuhu Monorail Line 1&2, Harbin Line 2, Shenzhen Airport APM, Hong Kong Airport APM, Chengdu Airport APM and BCIA APM retrofit, of which 6 are fully automatic unmanned (UTO/GoA4) projects. In 2021, six lines were successfully delivered and officially opened. Meanwhile, I actively promoted and accelerated the technology transfer from Bombardier (now ALSTOM), and rapidly increased the proportion of joint venture (BNS) project work package in the projects, from the initial 9% to more than 85% today.
