Working in the maintenance department of Indian railways is a very stressful job. Taking orders from officers, having technical discussions with colleagues, delivering tasks to the staff as per the output, and overseeing the work without punctuality loss and no complaints from passengers. In spite of the fact that the above-mentioned task is stressful, I managed to handle it well with the help of my seniors and the lessons they taught me.
