2023 Australasian Rail Industry Awards honour Metro Trains

Four Australasian Rail Industry (ARI) Awards for excellence in passenger operations, customer service, and innovation have been given to Metro Trains.
On Wednesday night, up to 800 people gathered in Melbourne to congratulate the 16 winners, with Metro taking home the prizes for excellence in safety, customer service, rail innovation, and passenger operations.
Metro’s CEO Raymond O’Flaherty said that it was a very proud moment for the business, demonstrating the determination and dedication of the Metro team.
