The new wage structure intended for Knorr-Bremse personnel at German locations is straightforward, open, and comparable.
Designed to replace the existing 42-hour workweek as the standard for core corporate hours.
To be installed gradually by 2026, beginning at the Berlin Knorr-Bremse site
The Executive Board of Knorr-Bremse AG has made decisions to improve several significant aspects of the working conditions and compensation at its German locations.
Before going into force, the new salary structure must still be agreed upon by the works councils at each individual Knorr-Bremse location.
