Hitachi Rail has finished the Paris-Lyon High Speed Line's first dynamic testing of its Digital Interlocking signalling system

The first dynamic test of Hitachi Rail's digital signalling system for the high-speed Paris-Lyon route was successfully finished.
The next generation interlocking system from Hitachi Rail is scheduled to go into service in the fall of 2024, marking a significant milestone in the project's deployment.
Our experts are working with SNCF Reseau to update the Paris-Lyon High Speed Line by swapping out the outdated signal boxes for its next-generation SEI+ computerised interlocking systems.
Hitachi Rail was given the project, which is a part of the LGV+ Paris - Lyon contract, in December 2019 for a total of € 129.3 million.
