In 2023, Deutsche Bahn will invest a record EUR 7.6 billion in Germany's Strong Rail system

Net capital expenditures from Deutsche Bahn's own funds reached a new high of almost EUR 7.6 billion, up more than 16% year over year.
In 2023, demand for train passenger service kept growing.
Significant advancements were also made by DB in its passenger services in 2023, including the addition of more links,
a larger and more contemporary fleet of vehicles, and more digital services.
