In Australia, Systra completes another acquisition

An acquisition agreement has been reached by SYSTRA to purchase Rail Systems Australia, an Australian firm that specialises in rail industry engineering, signalling, and telecommunications.
With 130 employees spread across locations in Perth, Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne, Rail Systems Australia was established in 2017
with a focus on rail signalling, rail telecommunications, asset management, and systems engineering.
With this acquisition, SYSTRA will be able to provide all of the services that it offers to the Group as a whole as well as to SYSTRA Australia and New Zealand (SYSTRA ANZ).
