Kiepe Electric is sold by Knorr-Bremse to Heramba

Heramba has purchased Kiepe Electric, a Düsseldorf-based company, from Knorr-Bremse.
By doing this, Knorr-Bremse is continuously matching its business activities with performance and key capabilities, optimising its portfolio.
The deal came to an end by the end of January 2024.
Knorr-Bremse will maintain its fifteen percent stake in the capital of Kiepe Electric.
