Siemens Mobility receives a further 17 ICE 3neo train orders from Deutsche Bahn

Deutsche Bahn (DB) will get an additional 17 ICE 3neo trains from Siemens Mobility for about €600 million.
The Velaro MS platform-based ICE 3neo fleet will then expand to a total of 90 trains.
Siemens Mobility received the first 30 ICE 3neo trains from Deutsche Bahn in July 2020, and 43 further trains were purchased in January 2022.
The initial framework agreement for 90 trains, signed in July 2020, has been concluded with the issuance of this new order.
