The world's first hydrogen-powered train, Alstom's Coradia iLint, has taken home the 2023 Environmental Sustainability CUTA Award

The Environmental Sustainability Award from the Canadian Urban Transit Association (CUTA) has been given to Alstom.
The first hydrogen-powered train in North America to carry passengers was Alstom's Coradia iLint train.
From mid-June to the end of September 2023, it transported over 10,000 people as part of a demonstration project in Quebec on the Réseau Charlevoix train network along the Saint-Lawrence River.
