The memorandum of cooperation on disaster prevention and relief is signed by the MRTA and the Rom Sai Rescue Foundation together

Governor of the Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA), Mr. Phakaphong Sirikantaramas, and President of the Rom Sai Rescue Foundation, Mr. Wichan Minchainan. participated in the MRTA and the Rom Sai Rescue Foundation's signing of an agreement of understanding on disaster prevention and relief.
In order to assist and integrate cooperation in disaster prevention and relief operations in the MRTA electric train system area, by co-signing the aforementioned memorandum of understanding.
The Rom Sai Foundation is happy to assist with catastrophe relief and prevention. The MRTA is willing to support knowledge and training linked to disaster prevention and relief in the area, which may include taking part in operations to help disaster victims and lessen their suffering in the MRTA electric train system area.
