They’ve 'goat' the job – Grazing goats join the Sydney Metro team

A herd of goats has become the newest addition to Sydney Metro's workforce, hired for a unique task at the Eastern Creek Precast Facility for Sydney Metro West.
The 20 Boer goats have settled into their new home at the purpose-built facility in Western Sydney, where they have been hired to graze on the grass and vegetation around the site.
The goats will help reduce the environmental impact of pesticides, prevent weeds from flowering, and eliminate the noise and emissions associated with using machinery for grass management.
