The Operations Control Center's software systems have been updated by Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).
To complete these solutions, the Train Agency at Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) collaborated with Keolis-MHI, which operates the Dubai Metro and Tram.
The new software assisted in digitising processes so that they can now be viewed on a smartphone or other smart device without needing to be printed first.
The paperless strategy, which seeks to make Dubai a fully automated city that uses less paper, is consistent with this initiative.
760 interactive flowcharts have been created by Dubai Metro and Tram and are ready for use.
From the operations control centre to the on-site staff, a total of over 700 people, all operation personnel were qualified to operate on the new system by the end of 2022.
